Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the WITTENBERG360 Audio Guide provided by Luther 1517 gGmbH. The audio guide may be used on a private device with an access code or on an audio guide device provided by us.

2. Use of the audio guide

The audio guide is intended for personal use in connection with a visit to the WITTENBERG360 experience. Access codes may only be used within the intended scope and during the intended period of use.

Passing access codes to unauthorised third parties, bypassing access restrictions or interfering with the technical operation of the audio guide is not permitted.

3. Company-owned audio guide devices

Audio guide devices issued by us remain the property of Luther 1517 gGmbH. They must be handled with care and returned to the designated place or to our staff after use.

The devices must not be opened, modified, reset or used for purposes other than the intended audio guide function. Please contact our staff in the event of technical problems.

4. Private smartphones and headphones

When using a private smartphone, the user is responsible for a functioning device, sufficient battery charge, suitable volume settings and, where applicable, their own headphones. We are not responsible for costs arising from the user's mobile phone contract or other costs associated with the user's own device.

5. Copyright and rights of use

Texts, audio recordings, images, graphics, design and other audio guide content are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights unless expressly stated otherwise.

Provision of the audio guide only grants the right to personally view and listen to the content within the intended scope. Reproduction, publication, distribution, public performance, editing or other exploitation is not permitted without appropriate permission unless permitted by law.

6. Availability and technical faults

We endeavour to provide the audio guide reliably. However, uninterrupted and error-free availability at all times cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance work, technical faults, network problems or problems with the device used may temporarily restrict use.

7. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. This applies in particular in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

8. Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data, technically necessary sessions and optional usage statistics can be found in our Privacy Policy. Cookie settings can be changed on private devices using the designated settings page.

9. AI-supported content

AI-supported tools may have been used for translation, language adaptation or audio generation of individual audio guide contents. Further information is available under AI Info.
